I'll mark it for review since it properly implements its part of the functionality. However, #223 must be merged first. Otherwise, the EVM address associated with the public key retrieved from the Mirror Node will not be set. Because of that, tokens that existed on the Mirror Node before the fork will not work correctly. This is why I'm running tests on a newly deployed token. |

Description:
Added support for token KYC in HTS (0x167). This functionality allows you to restrict which accounts can interact with your tokens. It now will also work on forked networks.
