I think we should include references to the relevant docs for the supported agentic frameworks (LangChain, AI SDK, ADK), such as: https://ai-sdk.dev/providers/openai-compatible-providers.

Description:
This PR adds a guide on how to use local ai models with the agent kit as well as some general tips around how to select the most appropriate model depending on the user's use-case.
