[TEST] Update the bulk result posting to Qase

What's the test to develop? Please describe

Qase has an updated their bulk result posting. The maximum number of results accepted in one request to the bulk results endpoint — POST https://api.qase.io/v1/result/{code}/{id}/bulk and its API v2 equivalent - changes from 2,000 to 200. After the change, a request that carries more than 200 results is rejected with an error that states the limit.

Describe the items of the test development (DoD, definition of done) you'd like

• Update the tasks to do the job in batches - split the results array into chunks of no more than 200 results, and send each chunk as a separate request to the same endpoint.
