Bug: 26.0.0 build failure with CMake 4.0.2

Current Behavior

gvmd 26.0.0 fails to build/configure with CMake 4.0.2 with:

  Unknown keywords given to FIND_PACKAGE_HANDLE_STANDARD_ARGS():
  "HANDLE_VERSION_RANGE"

/usr/share/cmake/Modules/FindDoxygen.cmake belongs and is installed by cmake itself.

Expected Behavior
