@copilot it seems like dependabot doesn't update the comments with the human readable version anymore:

This isn't caused by our Dependabot configuration, and Dependabot still supports updating these comments. Its comment updater only recognizes a version comment when it matches a version tag for the old SHA.

I verified that 24c54180… is v4.38.3 and 6f2ac81f… is v4.39.0. The existing # 4.27.5 was already stale, so Dependabot left it untouched while updating the SHA. These are different releases, not different hashes for the same version.

Correcting both comments to # 4.39.0 would make them accurate and should allow subsequent updates to track them again. No Dependabot configuration change is needed. This explains the current update, but doesn't establish why the comments originally became stale. I've left files unchanged since this was a question about the behavior.
