Correctness Review of python/agents/financial-advisor/financial_advisor/init.py:

If google.auth.default() cannot find credentials or returns None for the project ID, this code will raise an unhandled exception at import time because os.environ.setdefault expects a string, not None. We should check if project_id: before setting the environment variable and wrap the import block in a try...except to prevent crashes when credentials are not configured.
