…npublished - use metadata publication date instead of resource publication date. Removed support for ISO19139 as doesn't have a metadata publication date, gmd:dateStamp is used internally for the metadata update date.

Add events to set the metadata publication date when a metadata is published and remove the publication date when the metadata is unpublished.
This behaviour is disabled by default and can be enabled in the application settings:
