Correct misspellings, a/an errors and doubled words found by a dictionary-based scan of prose in comments, manuals and test files. Files under extern/ are excluded, as are CHANGES.md and doc/manualbib.xml, which record past releases and citations verbatim. British spellings, German words in author comments and misspelled variable names are left untouched. The only identifier-like changes are two descriptive strings: the "modolo-tail-pcgs-by-list-rep" method info string and a commented-out %eclaration marker in doc/ref/pcgs.xml. Some C banner comments are re-justified to keep their 77-column alignment. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
