Repeatmasker (in containers) is broken since version 4.1.5 build 1 since the download of the repeat libraries has been
removed
(see also).

This provides dfam data via a data table. Should also be usable in tools like maker.

Should we remove this:

In particular the instructions in the second part make sone sense in containers.
