margin-topが 0 で、h2 も h3 も h4 も前の段落の下の 24px だけで始まります。ブログは 直前の空き・太さ・罫線 で階層を作り、サイズだけに頼りません。サイズは動かしていません。 ブログの梯子を、この本の h1（28px）の下に収まるよう一段ずらして当ててみましたが、h2 は 24px で現状と同じ、h3 が 20 → 20.8px、h4 が 18.4 → 19.2px と 0.8px しか動きませんでした。見分けの付かない差です。
h2 の罫線が薄いのは意図です。節の区切りは直前の空き（56px）が担っていて、線は「境目がある」と気づかせる程度でよいので、読みやすさの指標としては濃くしません。
