Motivation

• Provide a single comprehensive product and technical blueprint to guide building a best-in-class YouTube + TikTok transcription and video intelligence platform.
• Capture requirements that go beyond raw ASR by prioritizing reliability, evidence-linked insights, and repurposing outputs.
• Define an MVP and phased roadmap so engineering and product teams can iterate quickly from a trusted transcript to advanced analysis.
• Surface quality, compliance, and operational considerations needed to ship a production-ready service.

Description

• Added a new documentation file youtube-tiktok-transcriber-blueprint.md containing the full product and technical blueprint.
• The document includes product vision, core user jobs, MVP scope, differentiation strategy, and example output packages.
• It also defines a high-level system architecture, recommended tech stack, minimal data model, and a multi-step prompt/analysis pipeline.
• The blueprint contains a quality framework, compliance notes, an 8-week build plan, and immediate next actions.

Testing

• This is a documentation-only change so no code unit or integration tests were required.
• Verified repository status with git status --short which is clean and shows no unstaged changes.
• Confirmed the new file was committed with git show --stat --oneline HEAD which displays youtube-tiktok-transcriber-blueprint.md as a newly added file.
• No automated runtime tests were run since no executable code was modified.
