- Add match domains config
- Test local connections and choose those first
- Rapid test the local endpoints as well
- Cancel local send from chainId
- Reflect local status in the api
- Rapid test again when we fail local
- Dont remove non controlled routes
- Match domains dns rename
- add PreferLocalRoutes option
