Superseded by merged #278 (e75de6ad3d0a0c4a7593308c68467578415ea6e1). The Angular cold-consumer fixture now pins compiler, common, core, platform-browser, build, CLI and compiler-cli together at 22.1.6 instead of upgrading compiler alone. Clean installation, exact peer validation, Angular compilation and the final full Public CI/Security passed. Future Angular updates are grouped so the framework/compiler peers stay aligned.
