Superseded by merged #278 (e75de6ad3d0a0c4a7593308c68467578415ea6e1). The complete Angular framework/compiler/build-tool cohort in this cold-consumer fixture is now pinned to 22.1.6, including common, rather than mixing this isolated 22.1.1 update with older exact peers. Clean install, peer validation, compilation and final full CI/Security passed; future Angular updates are grouped.
