Fixed

• flow-php/types - NonEmptyStringType and PositiveIntegerType erased their narrow type on assert() and cast()
• flow-php/types - UuidType::cast(), UnionType::cast() and IntersectionType::cast() resolved to mixed
• flow-php/types - EnumType::cast() resolved to UnitEnum instead of the enum class
