@rocketstack-matt If we add our emails here are we opening ourselves up to a load of spam emails? Wondering if we want to remove our emails and just have the TOC mail

This is the new standard for FINOS repos - @TheJuanAndOnly99 thoughts?

Generally we try to avoid sharing emails, even in the other repos that has the new MAINTAINERS.md - as there is usually a maintainers mailgroup people can write to.
