Use the upstream ESM decoder contract without relaxing malformed-input bounds, and regenerate Flatpak sources for the locked Hono and Immer versions.

Summary
Intent: Upgrade the root security-test decoder to the upstream single-pass implementation and include the Hono/Immer lockfile updates. Match the decoder test to its ESM API and literal-plus behavior while keeping the malformed-input timeout and UTF-8 checks. Retain the patched 0.2.2 decoder for older transitive consumers.
Regenerate the Flatpak pnpm manifest so offline installation includes the exact locked archives.
