For these 6 ERCs, please remove all (now "vague") references to ERCs (or EIPs) which are not strictly required in the Final version of this ERC. Also ensure that abbreviations are defined before use, and any solidity implementation has a pragma version in it. Then we can move this set of 6 ERCs forward. Thanks! 😄 👍

Summary
Moves ERC-8325 to Last Call with a deadline of 2026-10-05.
Also clarifies that a replacement binding is mutually declared only when the token declares the replacement anchor; a replacement recorded for a token without a token-side interface is registry-side only. This does not change the interface, ABI, or intended behaviour.
Last Call
This begins ERC-8325's final review period under EIP-1. Any necessary normative change will return the ERC to Review.
