bugc: jump target not found at -O 3 since #383 #389

Since #383, bugc fails at -O 3 on the arcade contract of the ethdebug blog post (argot-post-2026-10, public/demos/inspector/bug/arcade.bug):

Error [EVM999]: Internal code generation error: Jump target call_cont_6 not found

At ab7910c (#378) it compiles at every level. At daf04e7 (#383) and at 82f010f (#384) it compiles at -O 0 to -O 2 but not at -O 3. The contract has two inlined calls in play() (_rolledHit(), _applyCombo(10, player.combo)) and calldata slices in join and setMotd.
