What happened?
The issue is a big problem when using Seqera Cloud, and it's caused by the dependency constraints between duplex and barcode_kit. Even with duplex toggled off, selecting a barcode kit results in a JSON error:
You can see in the config that duplex=False, whereas the constraints seem to rely on it being unset:
