Add `creating` (no status.wordpresssite yet) and `deletedAt` (deletionTimestamp set) flags to the Site model, derived in mapKubernetesToSite. Introduce watchKubernetesSites, a stateless K8s watch that streams declarative added/modified/deleted SiteEvents carrying the full authoritative site.
Add a reusable createSSEStream helper (encoding, keep-alive, abort/cleanup, typed connection) and a generic useServerEvents client hook with per-event typed handlers. Wire them in a /api/sites/events route that streams site lifecycle events from the Kubernetes watch.
Subscribe the site list to the SSE stream and reconcile rows from the
authoritative site flags. Show an animated indicator ("Creating" in blue,
"Deleting" in red, matching the unmanaged badge style) and keep action
buttons visible but disabled while a site is creating or deleting.
