Expand Compat Bounds for HTTP.jl #37

I would like to use this package in a project that uses v2 of HTTP.jl.

Because the compat bounds here require an older version of HTTP, I am getting a version conflict. I tried checking out the projecting and adjusting the bounds, and it seems that everything is actually compatible with the new v2 interface except a timeout keyword, which was changed in v2. The existing code still works, but gives a compatibility warning.

Would you consider expanding the compat bounds to include HTTP.jl v2 or entertain a PR to do so?
