This pull request adds compatibility for the water-bodies crop step with Planetary Computer products.
Previously, attempts to use the water-bodies application package on OGC API Processes with ZOO were unsuccessful due to differences in the asset format of Planetary Computer products. Specifically, asset URLs must be replaced with signed URLs in order to enable reading and downloading of the data.
