feat(facts): audit db+contradict in Go (#49) - #54

…audit path - internal/facts: CheckFactRow + ParseSourceField (two-source lexicon, mirrors python contradict.py) - bin/facts/audit_db.go: ladybug read of root=facts leaves via bin/cgo/zig (replaces python audit db) - bin/facts/audit.go: contradict mode now pure Go (internal/facts.Adjudicate); db mode execs the zig tool - delete python bin/facts/audit + bin/tools/contradict.py + test_contradict.py - tests: internal/facts/checkfact_test.go (confirmed/hypothesis/partial/loc/how/unknown)
