Summary
bin/chats/{sync,import,facts,apply}.goare shebang mains (exclusive build tags). Shared code moved tointernal/chats.bin/chats/main.goandchats index(brain write belonged onbin/brain/index.go). Facts still write JSON/markdown undervar/chats/facts/.Gitea: https://git.produktor.io/eSlider/2dph/issues/13
