Clarify how this relates to profile crates?

The instructions here say

To be accepted, the profile must be a Profile Crate accessible on the public internet.

But if I go to the registry it appears to link to profile HTML pages, not crates. Is there some mechanism I'm missing for linking to the crate from the landing page?

the registry is an RDF database which ingests Profile Crates, so we can't include profiles that don't have a profile crate. The metadata you see for a profile within the portal is coming from the profile crate, but we don't show the whole thing at the moment
