Ticket transcript logging no longer works #86

Describe the Bug
The link to click on the channel and view the transcript of a ticket no longer works due to the txt.discord.website service no longer really working in of itself.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Close a ticket.
2. Click on the channel link and observe unintended behaviour.

Expected Behavior

It should display a nicely formatted thing of the ticket.

Way to fix
This should be fixed by removing this system and the current upload system and instead just uploading the transcript to the ticket log in the main server.
