Is there an existing issue for this?
Current Behavior
For servers with public audit logs, the bot leaks ticket information through the channel topic. Even with audit logs locked to staff or other group classifiers, this can still show ticket information the members would otherwise not be privy to.
It is already possible to format the ticket channel names in such a way that the channel name does not divulge information, yet the channel topic gives anyone who bothers to look at the very least the Discord user ID of the ticket creator.
Expected Behavior
There should be an option to disable channel topics completely - even the Discord ID of the creating user should not be included.
Steps To Reproduce
- Make a ticket
- See that the topic contains the @'d Discord user
- See that the audit log likewise contains that
