Summary
Adds a distinct Daytona guide for running Sapat with a Python-native local SpeechBrain ASR provider, plus a local-ASR definition, first-time author profile, and an original workflow SVG.
The guide focuses on reproducibility and privacy boundaries: pinned Sapat implementation, explicit model/cache/device configuration, first-run model download behavior, CPU/GPU validation, transcript checksums, and troubleshooting.
