This PR adds some more interesting metrics of various kinds to
seqcli sample ingestby simulating the roasting of the beans themselves. The production process is hooked up to the storefront so low stock levels trigger roasting, which records traces through the various stages and metrics from sensors in the plant. Once a day-ish, the machines are brought offline for servicing, causing stock levels to deplete and orders to fail.AI Disclosure: This work was assisted by cloud agentic tooling.
