Summary
dbt-core-interfacecappedsqlfluffat<4, blocking the 4.x releases used downstream. The cap is now>=2.3.2,<5, verified againstsqlfluff4.3.0. The project watcher also tracks reload count, timestamp and path, exposed throughheartbeat()so consumers can detect a configuration reload without a restart.Checklist
