README 의 금액 정책은 "주문 금액이 50,000원 이상이면 무료배송" 인데,
CartSummary는 기준을 초과할 때만 무료로 처리한다.그래서 상품 금액이 정확히 50,000원일 때 배송비 3,000원이 붙는다.

src/components/CartSummary.tsx의 비교 연산자를>에서>=로 바꾼다.검증
