Add support for lists of GPU models associated with tools/containers

• create app-exposer PR that sends these down to k8s -- Support requesting specific GPU models when launching jobs app-exposer#116
• create dependent model PR for app-exposer -- Add a field for a list of GPU models, and update versions to v10 model#27
