Draft: this is an unreviewed third-party plugin submission. Nobody has verified the server, the tools, or the listing copy yet. Do not merge until it has been reviewed. (The PR tool has no draft flag, so please convert this to a draft if it opened as ready.)

Summary

Adds third_party/myanimetracker, a remote MCP plugin for MyAnimeTracker: anime watch orders, filler episode guides, and what's airing this week.

  • mcp.json stores the submitted server URL exactly as given: https://myanimetracker.com/api/mcp/account (type http).
  • .cursor-plugin/plugin.json sets category integrations and "mcpServers": "./mcp.json", following PitchBook (Add PitchBook third-party MCP plugin #796).
  • README with install steps and the MCP JSON block, plus CHANGELOG and LICENSE.
  • One row added to the root README integrations table and one entry appended to .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json. .claude-plugin/marketplace.json is unchanged.
  • plugin.json author uses the support address from the submission (support@myanimetracker.com), not the submitter's personal email.

Logo: not downloaded

I could not commit a local logo image. The cloud agent's egress allowlist blocks myanimetracker.com (TLS handshake failed for the submitted logo URL, the www host, and /favicon.ico; plain HTTP returned 403). Google and DuckDuckGo favicon services were also unreachable or returned 404. MyAnimeTracker has no GitHub org or user account, and the GitHub repos named "myanimetracker" are unrelated personal projects.

The best URL I found is the one submitted, so plugin.json sets "logo": "https://myanimetracker.com/logo-light-plate.png" (the schema allows an absolute URL). A reviewer should download that image to third_party/myanimetracker/assets/logo.png and change logo to assets/logo.png.

Submission details

Testing instructions (from the submitter)

No account needed. Add https://myanimetracker.com/api/mcp/account as a remote MCP server (streamable HTTP). Four read-only tools work without signing in: search_anime, get_watch_order, get_filler_guide, whats_airing.

Try:

  • "What order do I watch Monogatari in?"
  • "Which Naruto Shippuden episodes are filler?"
  • "What anime comes out this week?"

Optional: my_library, add_to_list and mark_episodes_watched ask you to sign in (OAuth) with a free myanimetracker.com account. They only add, never remove.

Setup: https://myanimetracker.com/connect · support@myanimetracker.com

I could not reach the server from the agent VM, so the tool list in the README comes from the submission, not from a live tools/list call.

Validation

node scripts/validate-plugins.mjs reports: All plugins validated successfully.

Note

Medium Risk
Introduces an unverified third-party remote MCP and OAuth-backed write tools (add-only list updates); marketplace exposure increases trust and supply-chain surface even though scope is entertainment data, not core Cursor auth.

Overview
Adds a new MyAnimeTracker third-party integration under third_party/myanimetracker, wiring Cursor to MyAnimeTracker’s hosted HTTP MCP at https://myanimetracker.com/api/mcp/account via mcp.json and plugin.json (integrations, "mcpServers": "./mcp.json").

Registers the plugin in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the root README integrations table, with README/CHANGELOG/LICENSE documenting install, tool behavior (read-only catalog tools without sign-in; OAuth-backed list tools), and support links. logo is set to a remote URL because no local asset was committed.

Treat as an unreviewed submission: the PR description notes the remote server and tool list were not verified from this environment.
