Logo
The submitted logo_url (https://www.ringcentral.com/favicon.ico) could not be fetched: the connection to ringcentral.com failed during the TLS handshake. assets/logo.png is the ringcentral GitHub organization avatar (256×256 PNG, https://avatars.githubusercontent.com/u/6549285).

Not verified
The MCP endpoint could not be reached from the build environment (the same TLS failure), so nobody has confirmed yet that the URL responds as an MCP server or what auth it uses. A reviewer should run the testing instructions above.

Overview
Adds a new RingCentral Cursor integration plugin under third_party/ringcentral/, wired as a remote HTTP MCP server to RingCentral’s hosted RingEX Phone endpoint (https://developers.ringcentral.com/mcp/servers/ringex-phone/). Agents that install it can use calling, SMS, and voicemail tools exposed by that server after the user signs in.

The change registers the plugin in .cursor-plugin/marketplace.json and the root README integrations table, and ships the usual plugin bundle: mcp.json, .cursor-plugin/plugin.json (integrations, minClientVersions.cursor 3.13.0), README, CHANGELOG, and MIT LICENSE. The PR description notes the MCP URL and favicon were not reachable from the build environment, so merge review should include connecting the remote server and confirming tools/auth behave as expected.

The url in mcp.json is https://developers.ringcentral.com/mcp/servers/ringex-phone/, which matches a developer-portal catalog path, not RingCentral's hosted RingEX Phone MCP endpoint. Official docs and Cursor setup use https://mcp.labs.ringcentral.com/ringex/v1.1.0/phone, so install would not load those tools.
