The skills docs require `name` to be lowercase letters, digits and hyphens and to match the parent folder. Two vendor skills use a display string: `X MCP guide` in third_party/x and `X Money guide` in third_party/x-money. Rename both to their directory names. No version bump here: the X team publishes its own releases and the previous bump kept conflicting with them. Fixes cursor#269.

Fixes #269. The skills docs require

Two vendor skills use a display string instead:third_party/x/skills/x-api-mcp-guide/SKILL.md:name: X MCP guide(reported in X plugin: SKILL.md name "X MCP guide" does not match folder x-api-mcp-guide #269 on Aug 26; the installed X 2.1.0 plugin shows the same mismatch)third_party/x-money/skills/x-money-guide/SKILL.md:name: X Money guideSame class as #596 (pstack). With #599 the validator flags these as warnings; after this lands and #596/#530 are in, those warnings can become errors.
