  • I was unable to view the Google Doc linked in footnote 3 on page 2. I got the Access Denied/You Need Access message
  • The link in footnote 4 on page 4 did not work and gave me the error message “404. This is not the web page you are looking for.”
  • The link in footnote 8 on page 15 gave me the error message “Not Found The requested URL was not found on this server.”
