Backfills log/changelog-v0.8.0.md, whose absence caused the v0.8.0 release workflow’s Prepare release notes step to fail with sed: can't read log/changelog-v0.8.0.md.

The file uses the already-published v0.8.0 notes, preserving all grouped English/Korean sections and the Known security issue disclosure for Zod GHSA-mrhx-c7xc-m3w5, tracked in #67. Its first heading follows v0.7.0’s # ScopeWeaver v<version> — <title> convention; four repository document links use the sibling ../ style so the workflow can pin them to the release tag.

Validation:

  • Reproduced note preparation failing with exit 1 before adding the file.
  • Executed the existing workflow’s exact Prepare release notes script successfully after the addition; its output matches the published release notes and extracts the published title.
  • Verified all four relative-link targets, section preservation, single-file scope and git diff --cached --check.
  • Application suites were not run for this changelog-only addition; hosted PR checks are separate.

This restores the per-version changelog convention on dev. It does not change the existing v0.8.0 tag or repair a rerun against that unchanged tag. No workflow or application code changes are included.

Superseded — branch-policy requires feat/|fix/ for dev; re-opened on fix/changelog-v0.8.0.
