Measure available disk space, operating system, and architecture on standard Ubuntu x64, Ubuntu ARM64, and Intel macOS runners before preparing maintained OpenCode CLI builds. The job runs only for this repository's capacity-probe branch targeting dev, keeps the existing jobs unchanged, and preserves a small JSON report even when the 20 GiB free-space check is blocked.

Validation: actionlint passed, independent review found no blocking issues, and a real local run correctly reported BLOCKED with exit 2 below the required free-space floor. Hosted capacity results are pending. This PR acquires no maintained CLI source and performs no maintained CLI compilation; application release readiness remains unverified.

Closing: the probe has served its purpose and there is nothing here to ship.

All four posix-source-capacity jobs ran and the workflow concluded successfully in run 40695309019 (ubuntu-24.04 x86_64, ubuntu-24.04-arm aarch64, macos-15 arm64, macos-15-intel x86_64). Recording the two reports I read out of that log before it expires, both status: PASS against the 20 GiB floor:

Runner OS / arch Free in RUNNER_TEMP
ubuntu-24.04 (ImageOS ubuntu24) Linux x86_64 91,897,819,136 B ≈ 85.6 GiB
macos-15 (ImageOS macos15) Darwin arm64 45,636,280,320 B ≈ 42.5 GiB

Both clear the 20 GiB floor with room for the 10 GiB pool cap, so hosted POSIX runners have the headroom the maintained OpenCode CLI builds were waiting on. Reopen if the measurement needs repeating on newer runner images.
