Documents the change from crowdsecurity/crowdsec#4720 in local_api/notification_plugins/splunk.md.

  • base configuration: commented ca_cert_path and skip_tls_verification, as in the shipped splunk.yaml
  • new "TLS" section describing both options
  • warning: the plugin used to hardcode InsecureSkipVerify: true, it now verifies the server certificate by default, so setups with a self-signed / private-CA Splunk certificate need ca_cert_path (or skip_tls_verification) after upgrading

versioned_docs/version-v1.8 is a copy of docs/.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

Document skip_tls_verification and ca_cert_path for the Splunk plugin
(crowdsecurity/crowdsec#4720), and warn that the server certificate is now
verified by default, where it never was before.
