Tang was returning duplicated versions in latest_releases. It has also been refactored to replace MavenBuildList with MavenVersionsList, which more closely resembles the use-case for the method. These changes update to the new version of a Tang. It also updates the create_maven_repo script to use a fixture with curated metadata to test these fixes.
