Add screenshots and a workflow GIF to the README#141

A GIF of the whole trace -> run -> explore loop up top, plus stills of the Sayid menu, the workspace tree (including a thrown exception) and the traced-functions view. Captured with a scripted throwaway Emacs (tokyo-night-storm, canned nREPL data), so they're easy to regenerate when the UI changes.

The README described the UI but never showed it. This adds an animated GIF of the whole trace -> run -> explore loop near the top, plus screenshots of the Sayid menu (with the live state header), the workspace tree (including how a thrown exception renders) and the traced-functions view.
Shot with a scripted throwaway Emacs frame on tokyo-night-storm, using canned nREPL data through the real rendering code, so they're cheap to regenerate when the UI changes.
