- document the upload API (endpoint, response shape, Basic Auth usage) - add feature list entries for multi-type uploads, inline preview, upload protection, and short links - correct the file size limitation: Bot API getFile can only serve files up to 20MB, so that is the practical per-file limit - add a local development and testing section (npm start / npm test) - add update-log entries for the 2025-08 dashboard pagination/search and the 2026-07 upload protection, short links, Content-Type fix, rename fix, and inline preview changes, crediting contributors - fix a garbled sentence in the KV quota section (zh) Applied to both README.md and README-zh.md, keeping the two in sync.
