A bit like --javac for the compiler, we need a way to pass options to VM that's handling the execution. For example, we don't have any way right now to pass things like -Xmx.
The problem will be in deciding how to do this. Right now I don't see any other way but handling this in the shell/batch scripts, which sucks.
