Add Gem Wallet to Celo-compatible wallets

Summary

• Re-add Gem Wallet to the live Wallets page at home/wallets.mdx after it was dropped during the docs refactor
• Include homepage, iOS, Android, APK, maintainer, and source code links

Context

Gem Wallet was originally added in #1939, which merged on 2025-07-01. It appears to have been dropped when #1965 refactored the wallet page and removed the previous compatible-wallets list. This branch has been rebased onto current main and now updates the current Mintlify page instead of the deleted Docusaurus path.

Testing

• git diff --check upstream/main...HEAD
• npx mintlify broken-links (fails before link checking on existing syntax parsing in submodules/developer-tooling/packages/docs/viem-account-ledger/functions/ledgerToAccount.md; unrelated to home/wallets.mdx)

I rebased the PR onto current main and moved the Gem Wallet entry to the live Mintlify page at home/wallets.mdx, so the previous merge conflict from the deleted docs/wallet/index.md path is resolved. Context: Gem Wallet was originally added in #1939 and appears to have been dropped during the wallet-page refactor in #1965. Thanks!

Thanks @GigaHierz. Just to confirm, are you referring to the Celo logo on the Gem Wallet Celo page at https://gemwallet.com/celo-wallet/?

The Gem Wallet app itself already uses the Celo logo from the official brand kit. If the website page asset is the one you mean, we can update that on the Gem Wallet side as well.

Hi @palango and @piersy, gentle follow-up on this PR when you have a chance. It is still open with mergeable_state: blocked due to required review, but there are no merge conflicts and the visible checks are passing.
