Adds linebreak-gate: fail-closed CI gate for AI-written code. Blocks known CVEs and serves human-approved acceptance criteria into Claude Code over MCP (read-only to the agent, which can check its own work with the same engine CI runs). Git-only, no server, no account. Official registry:
