Summary

• Add thermal-fluid-research-workflow to the Claude Code plugin list under Documentation
• Add marketplace metadata for the plugin
• Include the plugin bundle with .claude-plugin, skills/, and commands/ so Claude Code can load the thermal-fluid research workflow directly

Why

This plugin provides a domain-specific research workflow for mechanical engineering and thermal-fluid systems, including literature review, technical writing, data analysis, proposals, presentations, research coding, and AI/ML-assisted workflows.

Updated this PR branch with the latest upstream main in commit c12d41a and resolved the README conflict while preserving all current upstream entries and the Thermal-Fluid Research Workflow entry.

Validation completed:

• Anthropic Claude Code 2.1.227: plugin validate passed
• Codex plugin validator: passed
• Embedded mechanical-engineering-research skill validator: passed
• Marketplace JSON parses successfully, contains no duplicate plugin names, and resolves the plugin source path
• PR-specific changed files pass git diff --check

GitHub now reports the PR as clean and mergeable. This plugin bundle does not include executable hooks/ or scripts/ files.
