The Calcit homepage presents the current 0.13.11 direction: a typed Lisp with nominal Struct/Enum data, explicit Option/Result APIs, typed JavaScript boundaries, and a structural cr workflow for human and AI-assisted development.
Recent Calcit releases also make the source snapshot a safer program boundary. calcit.cirru supports strict Cirru EDN workflows, cr can inspect and mutate definitions structurally, and verification can combine type analysis, examples, attached tests, and JavaScript code generation.
