Hello, good afternoon! I need to clarify a question. Essentially, PCT_planner utilizes gtsam version 4.1.1; however, I would like to integrate it with RTABmap, which employs gtsam version 4.2.0. We believe the problem occurs when we use the command below:
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/home/sitong/catkin_workspaces/pct_planning/src/PCT_planner/planner/lib/3rdparty/gtsam-4.1.1/install/lib
And when we run plan.py, we get the error:
double free or corruption (out)
aborted (core dumped)
The solution is to purge gtsam via:
sudo apt remove ros-noetic-gtsam
sudo apt purge ros-noetic-gtsam
However, we do not believe it is correct to remove gtsam from the system, especially since we believe this can generate associated errors. So, the problem we're facing is that we're targeting version 4.1.1, and when RTABmap needs to use the newer version of gtsam, an error occurs. I'd like to know if it's possible to update gtsam to version 4.2.0, or would that break the repository's current functionality? #8
