cannot start the application correctly (0xc00007b)

Tried to use this on my Windows 10 HP Zbook 14 G1 but keep getting this error. Tried to update Windows DLL files, but the issue remains.

As stated in the README, this project is discontinued.
Feel free to keep this issue open though if you want to wait for someone else that might have the answer, just don't expect bugs to be fixed anytime soon
